Endoscopic Ear Surgery in Children

Endoscopic access in children is ideal for congenital cholesteatoma including extensive disease that often extends in retrotympanum and protympanum, areas that are difficult to access with traditional canal wall up microscopic techniques.  Access to the ear is often limited by the diameter of the ear canal.
